At present, there is no option to receive free shipping for purchases over a certain quantity of goods or amount spent. The shipping cost within Italy will be displayed to the user during the checkout process, after the items are added to the cart.
Shipments within Italy are made within 1-2 business days. In smaller locations and islands, deliveries may take 2-4 business days. These timeframes are indicative only. There is no minimum order required to proceed with the purchase; the purchase of a single product is also allowed. Ordered items are generally delivered by courier within special cardboard containers, with particular attention given to fragile items.
The cost of shipping to EU countries, as well as for international shipments to non-EU countries, will be displayed to the user during the checkout process after the items are added to the cart. For non-EU shipments, it is recommended to contact the site owner to explain your specific case.
Shipments to EU countries take 4-5 business days. These timeframes are, however, purely indicative.
Packages are shipped via express courier with tracking, both for shipments within Italy, as well as to EU and non-EU countries. The customer will be provided with a link to track their package online.
The presence of deviations in the goods from standards accepted by common commercial practices or minimal differences due to technical reasons does not constitute a defect and therefore is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the receipt of the goods by the buyer.
