Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196 of 2003 and European Regulation 679 of 2016 for consumer protection, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 10 days of receiving the ordered goods without providing any justification. The withdrawal must be communicated via registered mail with return receipt to Az. Agr. Nocciola Amore Mio di Mattia Fontana, Via Cappelletti, 12, 12050 Cravanzana (CN), or via certified email (PEC) to mattia.fontana@arubapec.it. This communication must be anticipated by email to info@nocciolaamoremio.com and must include the intent to withdraw from the purchase, attaching the original Invoice or Receipt.
Returned goods must be shipped without any damage or alteration and adequately packaged. The costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund of the purchase price and shipping costs will be processed after the proper return of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for perishable goods, for the purchase of goods made to measure or customized by Nocciola Amore Mio according to the Client’s specifications, or in cases of non-delivery of products due to the Client’s absence at the delivery location, where the goods are found to be altered or deteriorated at the time of collection due to the Client’s delay.
Warranty
In the event of disputes by the buyer regarding the goods, they may be returned to Nocciola Amore Mio with a specific description of the complaint and the original Invoice or Receipt attached. In the case of defective goods, the buyer may choose between the replacement of the goods, the delivery of another type of goods at the same price, or a credit equal to the purchase price of the goods.
Legal warranty rights are limited to the amount stated on the relevant Invoice or Receipt.
The presence of deviations in the goods from standards accepted by common commercial practice or minor differences due to technical reasons does not constitute a defect and, therefore, is not covered under the warranty.
The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date the goods are received by the buyer.
