From our family we have inherited everything: the land, the work, the passion we put into growing hazelnuts and, above all, the responsibility to do it with infinite love. We take care of our hazelnut groves, but we could not do anything if first, we did not take care of ourselves, cultivating the greatest asset: the bond that unites us and gives us the strength to collaborate on a shared project. With a smile.
I deeply love life and the beauty of the earth: perhaps this is why I fell in love with plants and have been growing hazelnuts in Alta Langa for as long as I can remember. Will and ambition have always driven me to seek the best in the things I do. I am over 80 years old, but I am still a force of nature: at 60 I graduated from eighth grade, I act in a dialect theater company, and I still continue to go to hazelnut groves, dispensing advice to my grandchildren and learning about the best growing techniques available.
From my father Ercole I inherited the value of hard work, a love for the Alta Langa and a boundless passion for hazelnuts. I am a tireless worker. I love being in company but sometimes I need to isolate myself to gather ideas and recharge my energy. I have an eighth grade diploma, but my educational experience came from working. In the company I always think I am the boss, but I know very well that my family only lets me believe that.
Daughter of Domenico, wife of Enzo, in love with my family. After high school graduation and health training, I graduated from the Energheia school, becoming a Raja Yoga teacher, an experience that turned my life around. Never the same as becoming a mother to my two children, though: Mattia and Arianna, both of whom now work at the company. Throughout my life I have learned to make peace with the earth: “by learning love you will find the good in all things.”
I deeply love being in company. I grew up in the hazelnut obra, and I keep the best memories here. I know I have a heart of gold; I inherited goodness from my grandfather Hercules and my mother Silvia. I am thoughtful and can sometimes seem indecisive. In fact, when I take a path, it is hard to stop. Having graduated with a diploma in accounting, I cut my teeth working in the company and launching myself without delay into the Nocciola Amore Mio project. From my grandparents and father I learned respect for nature and the value of being part of it: choosing to care for it fulfills me and gives me joy.”
I am an introverted person but, with those who can catch me, I become a river of words. Born under the sign of Pisces, I am sensitive, dreamy and creative. I have an unconditional love for travel and have had the opportunity to get to know people, cultures and traditions from all over the world. From being a shy and awkward little girl, I became more confident, courageous and, looking at the world with new eyes, I rediscovered the beauty of my homeland. I have always believed that to defeat a fear, one must throw oneself headlong: that is why I am part of Hazelnut My Love, on the other hand, “one lives only by experiences.”
